I get to play on space hoppers by day as a children's occupational therapist and co-founded a social enterprise which aims to improve children's nutritional intelligence. Believe me, they're hungry for it.

My body loves Bikram yoga, sandy Devonian beaches, the Lake District, Hampstead Heath, intimacy and dancing. I can't imagine ever being too old to dance. Or be intimate. I have a dream of returning to Patagonia and the Himalayas. I leave the country earth on my muddy boots when I return to the city because I can't bear to wash it off.
Home is a log fire with friends and family, a healthy but lush spread, warm conversations, giggle-inducing games and a bathtub big enough for two.
