My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I have no idea what to say in these things so I'll cover some small talk for us instead:
Hi! I'm Patrick. I work in dispute resoloution and moonlight in being an artsy type. I mostly illustrate these days but am a video editor at heart. I have a cat that came from the street, which I hope proves I'm lovely (even though he's quite a jerk haha)

I won't bore you with all the down to earth and easy going jazz that most of you seem to dig. I'm looking for someone a little more off grid than the majority of gals. I like to talk and I like to talk fancy. Hit me up if you're interested in talking rather than getting sex crimed upon! :)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Well now. I'm afraid that's classified.

(Unless you ask)
(It's not classified I'm just pretending to be mysterious :p)
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Anything with my hands that isn't manly like fixing cars or knowing what to do with ropes.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I'm extremely tall and probably overly formally dressed. Rain, hail, snow or beach. I always seem to get it wrong..
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Favorite book is The Descent by Jeff Long. If you've read this. I want to talk to you.
TV wise it's mainly hbo downloads. I can't remember the last time I watched free to air!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
A smartphone.
My other smartphone.
A notebook.
A pen.
A source of espresso.
A day off work.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Words. I'm a tragic linguiphile. Also zombies. And how gross they are. Oh and spiders. They're gross too. Would that you could kill them both with vocabulary..
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Usually so surprised that it's Friday already that I forget to make plans and just go with whatever is happening that sounds the most exciting. If that happens to be watching a movie in bed. I'm not ashamed!!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'd say that I use this site..but I'd never admit that! Haha. We can come up with a cool story about how we met during an elevator breakdown and had to fight terrorists together in order to take down the dinosaur president and save the earth.

I guess I should admit I have a very hard time taking these questions seriously :)

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You read any of this and saw through the fact that I am not a tool, trying to differentiate myself from a menagerie of tools, but possibly coming off like something of a tool for it.

Also because I'm fabulous.

:D
