I am Friendly, Honest, and Out there.

My Self-Summary

Let's see... my name's Paul and I just moved here last year. I'm heading off to UW this fall, so I won't be here much longer. I'm half Filipino and half white. Used to be in a military family. I do a little bit of everything. And I'm just looking for some new friends to talk to or possibly meet and hang with.

What I’m doing with my life

I just graduated from high school, and like I said I'm heading off to UW soon. There are LOTS of fields I'm looking at and I'm still not sure what I'm going to choose for a major. So far I've narrowed it down to business/economics, legal studies and pre-law, archaeology, European history, or English. Yeah, lots to choose from, but I'm really interested in all of those.

I’m really good at

Golfing! I've had a single digit handicap for awhile now. I also have pretty good memory when it comes to books.

The first things people usually notice about me

Skin color probably, haha. And that I don't have an accent either.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Books: Being right out of high school, I'd have to say that my favorite books are the classics that you read during high school. Heart of Darkness, Native Son, The Catcher in the Rye, Frankenstein, The Stranger, etc. Also, I know they're not technically books, but I love Shakespeare's plays! I've read a lot of them, and got to see The Merchant of Venice, King Lear, Othello, and Richard III performed. It really beats having to read it.

Movies: Honestly, I like lots of movies but I don't really have any favorites that I'll go back to watch over and over.

Music: I'm really not that big into music. I know mostly the mainstream bands and some alternative and some indie ones. I just don't care much for it. If it sounds good, I like it.

Food: It's definitely a tie between Thai and Vietnamese food.

The six things I could never do without

My friends
Technology
My glasses! (Can't drive without those)
Civilization (I have to live in or by a city)
Coffee
aaaaaaaaaand I can't think of a 6th one :(

I spend a lot of time thinking about

what I'm going to do in the near future.

On a typical Friday night I am

Probably out and about with the friends, hanging out at someone's house or driving around with the friends.

You should message me if

you're just looking for someone to chat or maybe meet up with. I'll talk with just about anyone on here, doesn't matter what it's about. So go ahead and message me :D
