Expanding love and compassion into every area of my life - even work. I work in business management and navigate the corporate
culture and business world as a peaceful warrior. In my non-work time, I am a friend, a father, a neighbor and enjoy making music
with other musicians. I like to keep fit and enjoy natural ways to blend fitness with life (hiking, swimming, walks, beach, Tai Chi,
yoga and the like).

Really good with my hands: fixing things, making things, creating, cleaning, cooking...

BOOKS. I enjoy self help books and reading about people and how they work. "A New Earth" is a great read for me right now.

MUSIC. Currently, I'm into the acoustic stuff - like Jack Johnson, Dave Matthews and acoustic versions of rock tunes.

MOVIES. For a long time I said my favorite movie was Top Gun, now I like movies like The Notebook and relational movies that are emotionally provoking and explore love.

FOOD. I love sushi and Japanese food. I enjoy any variety of really healthy foods. Occasionally, a nice steak or nicely cooked burger on the grill is good too.

Growth in mind, body and soul. I also think about how to best help people and be in service.

Lately I am thinking a lot about relationship with self and others and how to graciously dance with people. We all have such a variety of rhythm and tones that we resonate with, so like a nice re-mix musical blend, I look for ways to make our music work together.
