I love to travel, both domestic and international. In the past few years, I have made many trips to New York, Boston and San Francisco etc. Major international destinations in recent years include London, Paris, Hong Kong, Beijing, Israel, Egypt, Jordan and Canada.
I love the happy hours in Portland. It's a great way to meet new friends and catch up with old friends. I love wine tasting and winery tours. I have a reputation among my friends for the love of red wine.
Beach is my favorite destination for a short get away from the city life. I have special love for the sound and smell of ocean and the feel of sand underneath my bare feet. They rejuvenate me.
I love watching old classic movies and listening to their theme songs: Casablanca, Doctor Zhivago, The Godfather, An Affair to Remember, Breakfast at Tiffany's and The Way We Were, just to name a few...
I also like taking pictures, listening to jazz and classical music or just simple walk along the riverfront.
WHO I AM:
I am a true global citizen. I have lived and worked in many parts of the world, ranging from Asia to Southern California, Middle East, Hawaii and Oregon.
Up until several months ago, I have worked as a finance executive for many years in a well known organization in Portland metro area, with a team of finance professionals in my office working together, I managed the organization's finance with multi-million dollar annual budget. I have left my position since mid-year 2012 and now starting my own business.
I am spiritual. I have two grown children living in the East Coast area. I was very much involved in their upbringing, and still am very much involved in their lives as friend and mentor.
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
I am looking for that special friend, and soul mate. Someone I can connect with and spend time with. I am gentle, lay back and old fashioned. I love to spend time with a special friend, hanging out, sipping wine and watching old movies on weekends, taking a walk in a park or along the river front, or planning our next travel adventures together. Life is short. Let's enjoy it to the fullest.
