Recently completed my MFA in hopes to teach. Actually looking forward to the fact that I will have to probably teach adjunct for many years at dozens of schools until I have the possibility of being a full time professor. Other than than, my main focus is to maintain my studio practice (creating my art) which I have been going strong with for the last 8 years.
I also have a travel bug and have a strong desire to see as much as possible. I am hoping to spend the next year traveling around the states a lot to see places I have yet to. Too many places though!!!!
Well, I also really love the Harry Potter Series and I have completed it twice. But via books on CD! Nothing like it.
Movies: The Thin Red Line, Time Regained, In the Mood for Love. The White Ribbon. Was recently on a sports movie kick and watched every one on Netflix. Particularly loved Breaking Away!
Instrumental. Eluvium. Hammock. Sigur Ros. Balmorhea. M83. Smiths. Dead Mau5e. Mum.
Red House Painters. Bibio. ODB. The Lawrence Arms. Elliott Smith. Austra. The Notwist. The Album Leaf. Wild Nothing. Moody stuff.
Death Vessel's new album is really amazing. Recorded in Iceland :-)

If you want to see art, music, or want to try new things and see new places. Try new food. Watch youtube videos and laugh. Go for drives without an agenda.
I love to learn through others and feel challenged and pushed. I want to meet people who feel the same.
Also, while 60 percent of my profile talks about art, that does not mean you have to be an artist for me to be interested in talking!
