I'm Currently an Aerospace Engineer in North Hollywood, but I'm in the process of switching careers to Private Catering.Yes, I know..... Big switch. I've been preparing for this for 2 years now, and I have finally graduated from Culinary School. So now I can begin my career.

Im pretty darn good at being entertaining if nothing else. I also have a science degree in engineering, so i guess im pretty good at math too. :p

My Car. it broke down once, and in the couple of days it was in the shop, i was basically on my death bed.

My phone, pretty much addicted by now. but at least its a socially acceptable addiction.

The next thing i want to cook, and how to personalize its recipe to make it my own.
