I AM NOT FEMALE

I've had this profile for a while now and the great majority of people I'm contacted by are straight men, and I'm really wondering why? Like, if you just wanna have a chat, then that's fine but for anything beyond that you're gonna have to accept that I am not female. And if we end up going out, you are not straight

I am a horrible procrastinator and suffer from anxiety so if I haven't replied to your message it most likely has nothing to do with you.

I'm agender and use they/them pronouns, asexual and idemromantic. These are all parts of my identity that are extremely important to me so if you want to talk about it that's fine but if you ignore it I will instantly dislike you and nothing you say from then on will change that

Some information about being agender
And an FAQ from an agender resource and advice blog

I don't mind if you'd like to ask me something you're curious about that you couldn't find in those two links, as long as you're respectful about it and it's not about my genitals

The idemromatic page from the aromantic wikia

Asexuality 101
If you want to learn more about asexuality you can also go to AVEN (the Asexual Visibility & Education Network)

If you just want a barebones explanation of these, that's at the bottom of my profile.

I am Norwegian and I do speak the language fluently, but I really prefer English. So there is a much higher chance of me answering if you write your messages in English, even if you are Norwegian/speak Norwegian. And if you do send me a message in Norwegian I might respond in English. Sorry, I just really don't like the Norwegian language.

Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I AM NOT FEMALE

I work at a museum selling tickets and toys and stuff. When I'm not working I'm mostly just sitting at home, trying to motivate myself to do some drawing. I don't have a very eventful life but I'm fine with that
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I AM NOT FEMALE

Not great yet, but I'm getting better at drawing
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I AM NOT FEMALE

Some of the books I like:

Kingmaker, Kingbreaker series/universe
Inheritance Cycle
Harry Potter Series
Kingkiller Chronicle
Enduring Flame Trilogy
Obsidian Trilogy
Power of Five series

My favourite movie is Rise of the Guardians and I'm a huge fan of fantasy and sci-fi

I watch some anime series - a lot less than I used to, but there are still some I enjoy - but other than that I like Star Trek (TNG, DS9 and Voyager), Supernatural, Castle, Firefly, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Angel, The Batman, Young Justice, Justice League, Transformers Animated and Prime, Grimm, Fringe, The Flash, Arrow and some other stuff I can't remember right now.

When it comes to music I'll listen to what I like and I don't really care about what genre it is. Pretty much the only thing I don't like is rap

I somehow manage to be really picky but still eat pretty much anything. I can't stand spicy food though
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I AM NOT FEMALE

Everything and nothing really. I daydream a lot
On a typical Friday night I am

I AM NOT FEMALE

Sitting right where I am now. I don't really move much from my desk chair
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I AM NOT FEMALE

I guess maybe that I am asexual, idemromantic and agender.

Asexual means I don't experience sexual attraction, and while it's not the same for every asexual person, the thought of having sex is completely repulsive to me
Idemromantic means I don't really feel a difference between romantic and platonic attraction and separate the two in other ways. But that does not mean I don't want a romantic relationship
Agender means I don't identify as any specific gender. I use they/them pronouns so don't call me she and don't call me girl

None of this is really a huge deal for me to admit or anything, but it's not something I'll just blurt out in the middle of conversation either. If the topic comes up I might or might not decide to let them know but it depends on how much I trust the person or people I'm talking to

I don't know, if you're bored or there is something you're wondering about me or maybe want to have a small chat.

If you're looking for something more than just chatting online you really should read through my profile. I'm not asking you to go through every single question I've answered but seriously, a little bit of effort can go a long way.
