My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
After losing all that I knew in a hurricane in Texas, I have come to Florida for a fresh start, and a new beginning. I am strong, contemplative, and intense. I am protective of my friends and loved ones, and hold special value for honor, trust, and love. I am also fairly intelligent, and can be kinda cynical in humor.

After a month or so on this site, I have noticed I have racked up a serious amount of answered questions. I answered most of them visiting other profiles, to see the answers others have chosen, but seriously didn't consider the number of questions I've gone through.

Also, though it's not a prerequisite, I like to see explanations to the questions people answer. :P It helps me to understand them.

I am a polyamorist, and would love to meet like-minded people. I am currently going out with AM12305. If you have any experience with ACTUAL polyamory, then you know that starting another relationship is somewhat complicated, especially if you have proper respect for the first, of which I do. I do not want one night stands. I want/need real companionship. I also like bouncing my moral and philosophical ideas off others, especially if they are open-minded and intelligent.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Living it, mostly. Trying to move on after a pretty unhealthy relationship. But if 4 hurricanes, 2 blizzards, eye issues, and a crap upbringing hasn't stopped me, nothing will.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Logic problems, math, science, moral debates, martial arts, writing poetry, and understanding other peoples situations and motivations, among a few other things
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I would say what people notice first, other then physical traits, is my demeanor, or how I hold myself. Unless I'm with my child, and then it's how active a parent I am, and the crazy things I can do to play with her (running, jumping, climbing, flipping).

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Love, Friends, Change, Technology, Tools, Books
**my daughter is not a thing**
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The meaning and origin of life, love, the future, passion, my motivations, others motivations, and a lot more

Also why people would put on their profile "Looking for friends or more" at all, and still not message back the people who say "Sounds like you might be a good friend or more". With the anonymity this site provides, I guess courtesy is a luxury. If you're going to be cold and rude, it causes less negativity to say "Not interested" then to completely ignore the existence of someone who went out of their way to message. >.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Staying up late, talking to friends, trying to relax, taking a leisure stroll down a moonlit path, or at the gym.
Or maybe coming home late from a obstacle course with my baby girl. Having a healthy lifestyle is taught best by example.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I am a helpless romantic, and a poet.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
*You like intelligent conversations
*You like to laugh, and joke around
*You are intelligent, witty, and sarcastic
*You have something interesting to say
*If you put enough time into making your profile to warrant my reading it. I've been to a few that have like...10 sentences in the entire thing. Come on; we're adults. We are capable of adult paragraphs and adult big words. >.< sheesh.
*If you have kids or KNOW you can deal with someone else having a child and having them be their priority.
*I am also NOT on here for sex alone. If that's all you want, move on.
