My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am a work in progress. Some days I know exactly who I am, what I want, and where I am going. And some days I think it might be a good idea to file everything thus far in the past and start with a clean slate, you know?

Truth is, I lead a pretty normal life. I work hard. I play hard (in my own nerdy sort of way). I am constantly learning and studying and trying new things.

I am inquisitive, caring, and food-centric
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Let's see... Four years ago it was partnering up at a small architecture firm, cooking with a catering company, and helping to launch an indie record label. Two years ago it was developing a community-focused small business incubator and an associated real estate development project. And this year, all of the above perhaps? But while I manage to keep pretty busy with work, I also make sure to find time for my passions; working on my house, cooking, flying, gardening, travel, and the outdoors. And just in case all of that does not fill my days, I keep a running list of my "someday" projects and plans.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
This is hard, I don't like to toot my own horn. I like to think
that I am a good listener. I know I am good at studying and
pursuing my interests. And I have been told I am a very good cook,
but you can be the judge of that.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I have an un-budget-healthy obsession with cookbooks. It is getting a little ridiculous at this point.

I will admit it, I love the Superman franchise, all movies both old and new. There is just something about it that has stuck with me since I was a kid. If only we could all fight for truth, justice, and the American way.

Oh food, how do you pick a favorite? If I must it would probably be pants seam splitting feast of Chinese dim sum...I could eat dumplings every single day.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
human company, my kitchen tools, a connection to the interwebs, a space to call my own, a plan, and the means to execute that plan.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Where I am headed
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
If not out in the city hunting down the next best new food, I am probably watching some old episodes of River Cottage or Iron Chef and getting a good night sleep so I can have a good productive Saturday.
