My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Real name: Christian Giliberto

I'm obsessed with learning things, particularly computer-related stuff, philosophy, and science. I love good beer and bad puns.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Undergraduate at Sarah Lawrence College.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Reading more books than is probably good for my eyes, talking too much, and staying up too late breaking my computer. A very marketable set of skills.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Limiting myself (artificially) to five of each:

Books: Enquiry Concerning Human Understanding (Hume), Twilight of the Idols (Nietzsche), Every Thing Must Go (Ladyman and Ross), Darwin's Dangerous Idea (Dennett), Leaves of Grass (Whitman)

Movies: Princess Mononoke, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Das Leben der Anderen, Der Baader Meinhof Komplex, The Seventh Seal

Shows: (as of right now) Doctor Who, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Parks and Recreation, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Bob's Burgers

Music: Metal, electronic, classical, prog, folk

Food: Sushi, mussels w/ fries, waffles, burgers, cheese
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Books, lots of free time, thick blankets, beer, summer evenings, and fast laptops.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I like to worry myself about figuring out what the picture of the world given to us by the sciences is, and the methodologies we can use to improve it, so science and philosophy, and better yet the intersection of the two in scientifically-oriented philosophy.

I also think about computers too much, particularly how they can be fooled.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Reading, hanging out with friends, or screwing around on the internet. Often at the same time.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
This is difficult since I have no shame.
