My self-summary
Currently I am a part time Improv student, writer, animator and video maker. Some of those things I am better at then others, but I take pride in everything I put my time into.

I am open-minded, funny, and compassionate
What I’m doing with my life
Kind of covered the work aspect above, so in my free time I am hanging out with friends and looking to meet new people under the guise of networking. Also enjoying my youth while I have it while still being responsible, meaning the occasional late night excursions but not so much the waking up in strange places.
I’m really good at
Coming up with new ideas, dreaming and being generally creative which helps with performing. Less vague things include but are not limited too: taking things apart, proof reading, volunteer motivation, high fives, hugs, coming up with songs for the things I'm doing while I do them and a hand full of video games that I rock at.
The first things people usually notice about me
My beard? It's always slightly ahead of the rest of me. Also, depending on the mood of the room my sense of humor may rear it's serpentine head and lash out with either a well placed joke or sarcastic remark.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I find this section sort of silly, using these things as ice breakers never really works all that well unless your both super into pizza or want to talk about how The Room has a more profound meaning then it seems.

Movies: I will say this, I watch a lot of movies and love to riff the bad ones, occasional movie riffing nights are mandatory in most of my friendships. This is probably my favorite medium, I find myself relating most to character and situations in film then any other.

Books: I tend to read when I am waiting for something, so typically whatever I have taken with me or whatever is laying around.

Shows: I don't have a TV, sometimes I will watch a old show on Netflix and other times I will see a play or other performance.

Food: I enjoy trying new food, sometime I have a craving for something but all in all I don't have a titanic obsession with a particular dish.
The six things I could never do without
Spring
That feeling going really fast over a hill
A good pair of shoes
Physical contact
Big windows
Self-respect
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The typical assortment of everyday thoughts: work, school, money, ethics, sex, girls, nachos.

This is a weird section, makes me feel like I need some sort of pie graph of what I think about which would be dominated by only a few of the things above.
On a typical Friday night I am
I don't do typical, I make an effort to get out and try new things when I can.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have a twitter where I only talk about the jelly beans that I eat. It's even got an amazing name, NateEatsJBeans.

I have a fondness for magenta. It's the manliest of pinks.

You should message me if
You agree that a few short essays on favorite things and spotty self-summaries really don't tell you that much about the person, you just have to talk to them. :)

Oh, and you like to take a hike every now and them.
