visually? That I'm bald, and have a handlebar mustache. I've been told I have a nice smile, and nice eyes. Or. They notice my vitiligo (often referred to as "the Michael Jackson disease"), it's a form of hypopigmentation, so on various places I have white spots, most noticeably around my eyes, it looks like I have a sunglass tan all the time, but it's really just a skin condition. Don't worry it's not contagious, or dangerous.
