Hey, I'm Connor. I always assumed I was a pretty interesting person, and then college struck. I'm studying Mechanical Engineering at Cal Poly, and it's a time sink. But I love it, and honestly can't wait to get my career started.

Besides being a student, I'm a guy who enjoys discussion and debates over things varying from deep philosophy to what movie is better. I also am a very dry and sarcastic person, who enjoys poking fun at my friends. If I start making fun of you, its a special way of me showing my affection. Finally, music is pretty important to me. I love sharing music and experiencing new genres.

Studying Mechanical Engineering. I'm trying to go into the medical field, by designing and creating prosthetics. All my life I've wanted to leave a mark on the world, and by helping those who have lost something as important as a piece of themselves, I feel like I'll accomplish my goal.

Being nerdy. Before you think I'm one of those people who like to say "lol im soo nerdy!", hear me out. All my life I took the term nerd as an accomplishment. I've always done well in school and have always enjoyed gaming. This has only increased as I've grown up. I love to play games, and not just video games, but any board game or roleplaying games. Its a great way to interact with friends and have fun.

Currently that would be my hair...I've been experimenting with dyeing it.

Favorite Movie: Scott Pilgrim. Simply brilliant. I love the story, which comes from the comics, and Edgar Wright's interpretation on it makes it one of the best movies I've ever seen.

Book: The Stand. Stephen King, while not the best writer, is a phenomenal story teller, and I really feel like he nailed it on this one.

Shows: I love having a tv on in the background while I do things, and my favorite shows to have on are Scrubs, The Office, How I Met Your Mother, and the League. When I want to sit down and watch a great show, I'll watch something like the Walking Dead or Doctor Who.

Music: I'm really into indie folk rock right now. The Decemberists and Mumford and Sons are the top of my list currently. Some other favorites that will always stick with me are The Gorillaz, Daft Punk, Arcade Fire, LCD Soundsystem, Modest Mouse, and Muse.

The universe and religion. Deep, I know. If I weren't an engineer, I would probably go into theoretical physics. Mulling over universal interactions and how people or religion could influence it really gets me going.

Playing games with my friends at my school's gaming club. I'm part of the board, and we playing trading card games, role playing games, and board games. It's a great way for everyone to relax and socialize after a week of school. After the club, my friends usually like to hang out at someones house and drink a little, which makes the games more fun.

You like discussions on anything, enjoy dry sarcasm that I pass off as wit, and want to argue over who has better taste in music.
