My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
The thought of summarizing myself in a box seems somewhat daunting. There's no way I could possibly put all of my wants, desires, experiences, thoughts, and beliefs in here. But I'll try to give you a good start and then, if you like, we can go from there.

Apparently, I am an ISTJ, so if that means something to you, there you go.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Well, I quit my normal 9-5 back in October of 2011 and I'm attempting to get a small web services company into profitability. So I generally work from home, which affords me many luxuries (aka working with a minimal amount of clothing). I am also a painter. I go though phases when I am super-motivated and I'm painting every night, other times I go a month without touching a canvas.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
napping. Seriously. Anytime. Anywhere.

Books - Palahniuk, Klosterman, Hitchens, Dawkins, Life of Pi was pretty amazing too. Currently reading White Noise by Don Delillo. Up next is Bleeding Edge by Thomas Pynchon.

Movies - Wes Anderson, PT Anderson, The Coen Brothers, Baseketball, Lost In Translation, Christopher Nolan, Nacho Libre, Black Dynamite, amongst others.

Music - Oh Geez. I can give you my top 15 as determined by my Interpol, Sigur Ros, dredg, Band Of Horses, Death Cab, Nine Inch Nails, Secret Machines, The Killers, Ray Lamontagne, Kings of Leon, The National, Explosions in the Sky, Placebo, Rush, Sufjan Stevens. Plus other randoms, such as This Will Destroy You, Porcupine Tree, Balmorhea, Torche, WU LYF, Youth Lagoon, Father John Misty, Devin Townsend Project, honestly, I could go on for hours and unless you're a music junkie, you'd be bored to tears.

Food - I'm an Italian food hog. Put a plate of pasta in front of me, and I'll eat the hell out of it.

Since I refuse to subscribe to cable, or purchase a digital converter. My TV choices are limited to the DVDs I purchase. Some of them being: Arrested Development, Metalocalypse, ATHF/AUPS1, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Breaking Bad, and Scrubs.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.

Actual Answers
Great food - I'm talking Instagram-worthy food.
Good music - I realize that this is relative to your taste, but I have my opinions and you have yours, but if you like shitty music, I will probably say so.
A comfortable pillow - I can't tell you how many times I've gotten horrible sleep due to a thin, flat, poor excuse for a pillow.
Sleep - I'm one of those that could easily sleep for 10-12 hours and think nothing of it.
Self - The realization of self is one of the most important breakthroughs anyone can ever have. Autonomy! All we really need is ourselves.
Currently I'm digging Canada Dry diet Ginger Ale. It's delicious and it's sugar/caffeine free. Plus it mixes well with whiskey.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
When I listen to a new album or band and I enjoy them immensely, how long will it take for the newness to wear off? Is there a certain number of listens or days needed to completely engrave them in my mind?

Has social media evolved us into non-social beings?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
This is an absurd question. Every night is different. I can be out at a concert, hanging out with a friend, reading a good book, staring at the computer screen, bowling, painting in my garage, at an art exhibit, listening to old records, perusing the selection at Half-Price Books, or even night swimming in the warmer months.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
It's taken me years to finally realize I had a problem. Once someone pointed it out to me, I was in denial and told them that I could quit anytime I wanted. But today I can say with a straight face and not be embarrassed. If Cops or Jail is on, I have to watch it.
