I'm a pretty easy-going guy. I'm really passionate about my job(s) and work really hard to do a fantastic job with them. Computer-geek might be an understated way to describe me. In my down-time, I really enjoy hanging out with friends going to dinner or having a dinner party. I'm always up for a movie or something low-key as well. Bars don't really do it for me, though.

What I’m doing with my life

Right now, my primary job is as a university lecturer in a local engineering school. I also work for a church as a musician. I really enjoy both of these aspects of my life.

I'm a pretty good friend to people. I'm also pretty good at teaching others detail-oriented concepts.

Once I break out of my shy shell, people usually notice my sense of humor.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Hmm.. Favorite movie is Shawshank Redemption. I'm not sure I have a favorite book. When it comes to food, I'm a huge fan of Italian cuisine. My musical tastes are somewhat all over the place: classical, R&B, top 40 stuff, etc.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Wow - I spend a great deal of time thinking about how to be better at the stuff I love to do. I'm always striving to come up with better ways to engage my students and unique methods to help them learn what I'm trying to teach. On the music side, I think a lot about the fact that I should practice more. However, it is more of a hobby for me than an occupation, so I don't feel too bad.

I'm typically trying to relax with friends. Sometimes, I do catch up on work though.
