My self-summary
Have you ever traveled to a new country or city, without any plans of where you'll go next, or when (if ever) you'll come back "home"? That is one of the most amazing feelings I can imagine having; Everyday is a fleeting experience that's impossible to replicate, so you have to continually live in the present moment.

While I'm over my freewheeling days, I'm still trying to capture that thirst for life...I probably smile or laugh %73-79 of the day.
What I’m doing with my life
Well, I'm still in school; finally(!!) about to wrap up my undergrad degree music composition. Lots of different styles: usually either classical, world music or some kind of experimental/acousto-electric soundscape. Right now I work on the side for a TV station, doing sound design.
I’m really good at
dancing like crazy alone in my apartment (usually to a decidedly non-danceable style of music) early in the morning, or late at night.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books- House of Leaves, The Unbearable Lightness of Being, Kafka on the Shore, any composers biography, Kurt Vonnegut, 100 years of solitude, currently reading the 'game of thrones' book series (secret dork).

movies- pan's labyrinth, adaptation, untitled

music- (there is no way this is even close to complete) Amon Tobin, Beethoven, Bela Bartok, Bjork, Big D and the Kids Table(years ago), Bill Frisell, Burial, Camille, Debussy, GS!YBE, Mars Volta, The Minute Men, Ravel, Radiohead, Steve Reich, Terry Riley, Shostakovich, John Coltrane, John Adams, John Zorn

food- I often eat cereal for dinner, BROCCOLI!, shawarma, cliff bars, any kind of juice
The six things I could never do without
Sound: it makes the world go round.
Siblings: probably the most important people in the world; you'll know them your whole life!
Shoes: Not that I have many pairs (2), but just imagine trying to get around without them.

This scheme of "s" words has become too difficult. I can only do three.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
what to do in the next piece of music I'm working on.
On a typical Friday night I am
If I'm lucky, there won't be a million little things to work on, and I'll be able to out to a show or play charades or something.
I prefer not to go out on fridays, though- it's usually waaaay too busy.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
That I'm not willing to admit the most private thing that I'm willing to admit.
