Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am an outgoing woman with a wide variety of interests. I love
theatre, movies, long walks, watching the stars, swinging on
swings, discussing the big questions, like why I can't touch my
elbow to my ear and what would it be like to have a prehensile
tail. I am infected with the talent to make bad puns
and....well.... like most people the things I love to do are varied
and hard to catagorize.
Language is very important to me and I strive to write well, talk
clearly and avoid text speak. I guess it comes from having been a
teacher for 29 years, which for me was more than just a job with
great vacation time built in.
I am not a homebody, and I enjoy going out and doing things
..though there are many times when what I really want is a quiet
evening with a book, or something interesting on tv. I love to
entertain at home as well and consider myself a good cook. Travel
is never far from my mind and I try to go somewhere a few times a
year. My favourite trips in the last few years have been to Iceland
and to Paris.
I find these self summaries give such a narrow glimpse of all the
complexities than make up a human being and I hope to chat with men
so they can get to know the "me" these few words can't show.
I am looking for a man who is interested in discovering the person

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Really? Isn't this the same for everyone? Air, water and food come
to mind as the first three followed closely by shelter, clothing
and something else on Maslowe's hierarchy of needs. Perhaps the
better question would be what would I chose not to live without.
