... Honestly - I'm just a normal guy. OK, a bit abnormal - but not abbey-normal. I love Art Deco, The Cirque du Soleil, hiking in the woods, and (platonic) cuddling on the couch while watching Doctor Who in black and white, and the new ones too of course.

Yes - I have kids. Two of them - and they are awesome. I'm divorced - let's just say I'm a late bloomer.

Oh yeah, and I love Disney, Pixar and I love to sing...

I feel the energy of the Earth beneath my bare feet. I have walked on the frozen sand on the beach in winter. Will you walk with me?

I'm an engineer working for a well-known maker of jet engines, and I love my job. I'm in one of those odd places part way between IT and Engineering - building computer models and supporting the people who use them. Some days it feels like 'Take a Number' at my desk - but I enjoy helping people. And yes - I can describe how a jet engine works in 5 words.... feel free to ask.

I love movies, books, biking, swimming, camping, going to the beach and generally being out in the sun when ever I don't have to be at work. I've been riding my bike 3-4 times a week (when the weather was nice) - when ever I have some time after work, or on weekends, I love getting out there and going for a ride! :)

I also am in love with my Vibram Fivefingers, I wear them whenever I can (sometimes just to make my co-workers do a double-take!).

If I am stuck inside, I like to play on the Wii, cook, bake, and work on my indoor garden. I also love to play board-games, some RPGs, and especially Magic the Gathering.

My life is pretty awesome - I have a great job, wonderful kids, a nice home, and great friends. I'm just trying to make some new like-minded friends, and find that special someone to share life with.

Oh yeah - and I just got a new car. I got a Jeep Wrangler - and I'm loving it! :)

I'm really good at thinking my way through a problem, and helping others to do the same. I'm also a good teacher (I teach several classes at work). I was once told I was at least as good as coffee for keeping my class awake and attentive. I like to solve things and fix things, and generally make life easier for people.

I'm a good listener, and a good cuddler. I'm good at taking care of others.
