Casual hello, it's me Tom act naturally.

I'm a bit of an introvert, which is not to say I'm quiet, just that it can take a while for me to be comfortable around people. Once that time has passed I would hope I'm fairly likable. I'm laid back, enjoy a laugh, and all those other cliche things that 90% of people describe themselves as.

I'm a geek, I engage in geeky things. Games and reading mostly. One day I wish to code and develop games professionally.

I'm here to meet people, similar and different.

My favourite books: 1984, Brave new world, Fahrenheit 451, The Dexter novels, The Road, Dune, Ender's Game, Hitchhikers Guide, A song of Ice and Fire. World War Z. Nonfiction: Dawkins, Carl Sagan, Noam Chomsky, John dies at the end.

My favourite Films and TV: The Office [US], Dexter, The Wire, The IT crowd, Futurama, The Simpsons, Firefly, Peep show, That Mitchell and Webb look. Doctor Who, Stranger than Fiction, Beautiful thing, Arrested development, 30 rock, Archer. This list could go on for quite a while.

My favourite Music: I have an eclectic music taste. It tends to be whatever I find enjoyable on my spotify radio.

My favourite games: Half life 2, Episode 1, Episode 2. Uncharted 1 and 2, Demon's souls/Dark Souls, Portal, Left for Dead 1 and 2, Mass effect 1 and 2, Team fortress 2!, Bioshock, BF2, BF:BC2, BF3 Just cause 2, Psychonauts, indie games like Braid, Bastion, etc.

Team fortress 2 is my favourite Multiplayer game. Chrono Trigger is my favourite game. Half Life 2 and Persona 4 are my favourite modern-ish games.

Bastion and Deus Ex: HR are my GoTY 2011. GW2, Dear Esther, Mass effect 3 and Bioshock Infinite are the games I most look forward to in 2012.
