My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
You know, I'm really glad I decided to stick around here. OKC has always been sort of a love-hate relationship with me, but since I rejoined a year or so ago, so many good things have happened in my life. I've lost weight, I've learned to accept myself, I gained confidence, and now, I can honestly say I'm truly ready to meet someone. Perhaps I wasn't before; perhaps I had too much I needed to fix about myself. But now I feel like a whole new me, and I love this new me - I hope you will too! :)

So, let's just dive right in - hi! I'm Steve. Local filmmaker, YouTube personality, and the supposed 'shy and sensitive type', but the shyness is disappearing, finally! It's too hard to have a fun and fulfilling life when you're shy, you know?

I love to entertain people, whether it is just saying something to make them laugh, or putting together a video that impresses them. Expression of creativity is my main goal in life, and I'm always seeking new avenues for it.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Well, I'm shooting a movie, for one, called "Majestic Domestic"! More on that as it develops...

I've graduated from college times two - first with a Networking degree from community, then with a Graphic Design degree from La Roche. But, given the job climate in Pittsburgh in regards to graphic design (i.e., it sucks), I'm happily working as an academic scheduler for South University. :)
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
* All things graphic design-y.
* Allowing a person to feel as though they are the most important person in the universe.
* Knowing when to act entirely mature or revert to childhood, depending on the situation. Reverting to childhood is more fulfilling. Maturity is overrated.
* Remembering the most unnecessary details, especially when it comes to music.
* Finding beauty in everything, no matter how simple it may be.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Apparently it's my eyes. I've heard that the most. They're *alright*, I mean, I don't personally think they're incredible - but it's better than "I noticed your pimple first" or something, isn't it?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
BOOKS - Not a huge novel reader, so I'll say the James Bond series (Ian Fleming specifically). Most books I own tend to be about bands I like.

MOVIES - The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Shock Treatment, Clue, Anchorman, This Is Spinal Tap, The Ring, Harry Potter, James Bond, Jay and Silent Bob, Cheech and Chong, Grease, Grease 2. Yeah, I said it.

TV - Doctor Who, Saturday Night Live, Whose Line Is It Anyway, Tim and Eric, Chappelle's Show, Bob's Burgers.

MUSIC - Jimi Hendrix, The Monkees, Frank Zappa, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac (both the British blues and American pop variations), They Might Be Giants, Chumbawamba, Bee Gees, The Beach Boys. I'll more or less listen to anything but country, and even then I'm fairly tolerant.

FOOD - Oh, I can't think of specifics (except chicken), but I do enjoy Quaker Steak, anything Indian, and Chinese buffets.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
* HUGS (In this case, all caps *does* mean 'most important'! :))
* A CD player with headphones
* Dr. Pepper
* Hope
* The Internet (come on, let's be honest here)
* My parakeet
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My future. My life seems to be changing for the better at last, but it's still missing an important part...
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
For the time being, just sitting at home, listening to music. But, that should change... I should be out being social. It's healthier!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Just ask, I'm willing to share. ;-)
