I'm a pretty easy going and laid back guy. I like to relax and make people laugh. Everyone seems to get along with me really well. I just like to have fun and keep people happy. I also have a pretty open view to the world and can see both sides of the story.

I'm a Red Seal Chef looking for a change of careers. Right now I switched to being a Flooring Sales Associate at one of those giant do it yourself stores (take a wild guess) and I really enjoy it. I still cook on the side. Thinking about going back to school and doing something either where I can help people or maybe accounting.

I'm told my blue eyes are awesome, and my boyish face. Also that I'm pretty easy to talk to.

Books: Biographies, anything written from the Cook/Chef's perspective, anything by Anthony Bourdain.

Movies: Anything, but love comedies. Will Ferral, Steve Carell, Paul Rudd, Seth Rogan etc. And of course all the comic book movies that are coming out since I grew up reading comics.

TV: The Simpsons, The Big Bang Theory, The Office, Sons of Anarchy, Breaking Bad, Family Guy, The Walking Dead

Music: Most kinds but all depends on my mood. Listen to alot of light rock. My mp3 player has hip hop, rock, light rock, pop, top 40 and even country.

Food: It's what I do for a living so pretty much anything but trying to stick to healthier selections.
