I am polyamorous which means that I have multiple ethically non-monogamous relationships. If you are not polyamorous or at least are open to the idea of polyamory then a relationship between us will be doomed. I am also a sapiosexual and find intelligent interesting women extremely attractive (even if they don't see those qualities in themselves).

I have recently separated from my long-term primary partner and am open to a new primary or secondary relationship at the moment.

I love trying to suck the marrow out of life and leading a full rich existence. We may not be able to taste everything the world has to offer before we die but that doesn't stop me trying.

In my career, I am a nurse and I also run a number of social enterprises. I want to make the world a better place and have found a way of doing that, having a lot of fun at the same time and making a living out of it.

My favourite book is Illusions by Richard Bach. Others I really like are the Millennium Trilogy, the Hunger Games, most Isaac Asimov, the Harry Potter series, Jonathan Livingston Seagull, positive psychology books (especially Martin Seligman and Mihály Csíkszentmihályi), most self-help books (especially Stephen Covey, Anthony Robbins, Timothy Ferris, David Allen, etc) and poetry by Wilfred Owen, Roger McGough and Brian Patten. I also really like graphic novels and my favourites include V for Vendetta, Dark Knight Returns, Daredevil Born Again, Batman Year One, Preacher, Sandman, Y - the last man, The Walking Dead, Watchmen, Lost Girls, Kick-Ass, Scott Pilgrim, I Kill Giants, Moonshadow. I once spent an hour talking on the train with Alan Moore which was a really amazing experience.

My favourite film is Field of Dreams. Others i really like are Excalibur, Casablanca, Planet of the Apes, Rocky 2, Love Actually, Some Kind of Wonderful, Alien, Blade Runner, The Guard, Life of Brian, Die Hard, Gladiator, Brief Encounter, Jesus Christ Superstar, Enter the Dragon, The Dark Knight,

My favourite stage show is Jesus Christ Superstar although I have a soft spot for Evita, Les Miserables, Chess and Rocky Horror.

My favourite TV show and my favourite music are both far too difficult to narrow down to a single choice. The answer can vary hour by hour and will certainly be determined by my mood at the time. Amongst my favourite TV shows are Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Babylon 5, Doctor Who, Lost, Burn Notice, The Daily Show, The Mentalist, Merlin, Sherlock, Misfits, Peep Show, The Inbetweeners, Blackadder and Callan. Amongst my favourite musicians are Damien Rice, All About Eve, Leonard Cohen, Adele, Dean Friedman, Alan Parsons Project, The Beatles, Duran Duran, The Human League, Neil Diamond, Dolly Parton, James Blunt, Pulp, Amy MacDonald, Crystal Gayle, Billy Joel, The Sisters of Mercy, Don McClean and the Cruxshadows.

As you can see, I take eclecticism to its very limits.
