My name is James. I love motorcycles, music, cars, my friends, leather jackets, and backpacking. I am a pretty big fan of Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer.

I am a pretty sarcastic person, and often it is hard to tell if I am joking or telling the truth. That's ok though because I really like to put people into awkward social situations for my own amusement. A lot of people do not like me at first if they do not have a good sense of humor, but others love me instantly. Although it can seem like nothing is sacred to me, I am a very moral person especially when it comes to women and family.

I like being overly optimistic and happy, especially when it comes to really dumb things because it pisses people off. I really like watching the reactions of other people for amusement. Because of that, I say and do some pretty off the wall stuff, just to see what people do about it. I am pretty spontaneous and if I suggest something, no matter how ridiculous it is, if you agree to it I will probably go through with it. I am a really big fan of taking things too far just for the ridiculous factor. I absolutely love to see the ridiculousness of thing.

Though it can seem like everything is a joke to me (which it is) I can also be serious about stuff too.

I am a very laid back person and am able to go with the flow and take things as they come. There isn't much that upsets me.

I love being outdoors. I love riding my motorcycle, just going nowhere and taking in the beauty that is everything. I love hiking and backpacking. I love the quiet and calm of nature, but I also love the city as well. I am just as at home on a down town street corner with a group of friends as I am alone in the woods in the middle of nowhere.

I love the fall. I like how it is cool and slightly damp. I love the smell of it. Everything. Every time I think of the fall, it is a good memory.

I joined the Ohio Army National Guard right after I got my associates degree in automotive technology. I just returned from a deployment in Egypt, maintaining the "Treaty of Peace" between Egypt and Israel. It was a very boring job.

I would like to finish college someday. The plan is to get a degree in Journalism so that I can write for a car or motorcycle publication.

I work at Time Warner Cable, doing customer service. I like working there because it pays well, the job is super easy and I get free everything. It isn't really a job I love doing though, but I can stand it and ignore it and it allows me to do what I want.

I am very good at most anything I do. Basically, I am a bit of a perfectionist, so if I can't do something perfectly, I don't do it at all. I also have people skills.

I generally just try to think of the most ridiculous thing possible. I make my self laugh a lot, sometimes even hysterically without any influence from things outside of my head.

Also, when I become interested in something, I tend to go all out. I try to learn every aspect of every part of these things. basically, when something interests me, I completely submerge myself into it. It can take me years to make a purchasing decision. I will never buy anything that is not the best possible thing that I can buy if it is something I am interested in. If I am not into it, I really don't care and buy the cheapest one I can find. It is kind of hard for me to describe the depth of this, but if you get to know me well, you will be fully aware of it. It's pretty much OCD.

The above paragraph about obsession does not apply to humans.

I think about some pretty off the wall stuff as well. But I am sure we all do.

I usually go out to a bar or something with my friends. Either that or I will go to a friends house and we will work on whichever vehicle in the fleet is broken that day. This is typical of pretty much any day of the week though. Not just Friday.
