My self-summary
I hate writing about myself. Let's see. I'm a human being with flaws and non-flaws like everyone else. I listen to music constantly, read books, hang out with friends, all kinds of normal stuff like that. I just moved to Austin and I'm going to school to become a massage therapist. This sucks, I know. I'm better at just talking than trying to describe myself so, cliche as it may be, just send me a message if you want to know more about me. I'm a pretty open person.
I’m really good at
Making mix CD's? Eh, that's something I guess.
The first things people usually notice about me
Not sure. My hair? I don't comb it, it's usually sticking out somewhere. Probably my tattoo if my shirt is off for some reason. You know, it's probably the mole on my chin.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
When it comes to books, my absolute favorites are a tie between Syrup by Maxx Barry and Blankets by Craig Thompson. I also like a lot of Stephen King's work and Nick Hornby's High Fidelity and About a Boy, not to mention Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes stories. I could go on, I've got a lot of books I love. I also have a growing comic collection, but don't go out of my way to pick up new issues every week or whenever. I just grab collected volumes when they come out.

My taste in movies is all over the place. Just some of my favorites are Die Hard, Mallrats, The Dark Knight, the Evil Dead series, A Fistful of Dollars, Iron Man, American Psycho, The Prestige, The Illusionist, Back to the Future, Leon: The Professional, RoboCop, Ghostbusters, The Iron Giant, and Return of the Living Dead, pretty much every Nightmare on Elm Street, all the Friday the 13 flicks, and most of the Halloween series.

My favorite thing on TV is Doctor Who (I enjoy the classic episodes, too). I also love Freaks and Geeks, Supernatural, Dead Like Me, Mad Men, Breaking Bad, King of the Hill, Black Books, Sealab 2021, Samurai Jack, Sherlock, The IT Crowd, Moral Orel, and 30 Rock.

Music's one of my favorite subjects and I have a lot of bands and artists that I love. My favorite group is The Decemberists. Other favorites include Jukebox the Ghost, Okkervil River, Steam Powered Giraffe, The Mountain Goats, The National, Bright Eyes, Bob Dylan (who I was named after), Jonathan Coulton, Ezra Furman & The Harpoons, and CAKE. And that's just the short list.
