My self-summary
Hello visitors, hidden visitors and whoever else!

I'm a New York-native with aspirations of literary or silver screen glory via my tenuously impressive writing skills.

I like to go on hikes; work out; go to the occasional movie; constantly watch some epic television series that you need to see every second of every episode in order to follow or be satisfied; read; go out for drinks.

I'm a Yankees fan, but I "support" the Giants and the A's, effectively being a homegrown local to the bay.

Traveled the world before I turned 15, haven't traveled since but I know I will one of these days.

I look up the answer to any question that pops into my head. Google is the best (But what about some of their super secretive projects? SPECTRE, anyone?)

Fact: When you're 31 years old, you'll live your billionth second.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a writer working in the marketing field. I'm currently developing customer referral leads for a dental organization. Way more interesting than it sounds, believe me.

Fact: The average cloud weighs just over 1 million pounds
I’m really good at
Being early or on time. Cleaning up in record time. Walking. Driving. I used to be The Worst Driver Ever, bar none. Then I was forced to drive like the wind for my delivery gigs and I went from Live Bumper Car to Tom Cruise in Mission: Impossible. Or, Speed 3: Traffic Weaving

Fact: In 2005 the DEA reportedly seized $477 million worth of illegal drugs, whereas the estimated total of illegal drug money that went through the U.S. was $64 BILLION. That's a less than 1% success rate for the DEA...
The first things people usually notice about me
Good question…Usually I am either very quiet or I am ticking. I have a mechanical heart valve. It ticks. For real.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Recently devoured tomes "American Gods" "Gone Girl" and "The Iceman" Currently attempting "50 Shades of Gray" with very little traction. Why am torturing myself with this torture porn!?

Movies: West Side Story, The Big Lebowski, Pulp Fiction, Dogma, Who Framed Roger Rabbit? Ghostbusters, Johnny Dangerously, Dick Tracy, Groundhog Day…what can I say? I'm a child of the 90's!

Shows Still Airing Original Eps: Bill Maher, Silicon Valley, Girls, True Detective, Mad Men, Archer, Orange Is The New Black

Not airing: Oz, The Wire, Columbo, Bored to Death, Firefly

Sample Pandora: Pearl Jam, Beethoven, Charlie Byrd, Jimi Hendrix, G-Eazy, Bob Seger, Hall and Oates…Little bit of everything.

Food: Everything! Sushi, Korean, Mediterranean, Caesar salad, Turkey sandwiches, Chili…Everything.

COMEDIANS: Tom Segura, Patton Oswalt, John Mulaney, etc.

SITES: Cracked.com, Joblo.com, Grantland.com, IMDb.com

Fact: There is a man, who, due to "Auto-Brewery Syndrome", can get drunk off eating the grain in bread.
The six things I could never do without
I'm pretty adaptable.

Fact: The most successful fighter pilot of WW2 was named Dick Bong.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Will I live to see an official E.T. First Contact? Will I live to see interstellar planetary travel? Will I win the lottery to be a civilian aboard a 5 year mission to explore parts unknown within the galaxy? Will I win the actual lottery and become an overnight millionaire? Could I use my newfound wealth to explore space?

Fact: At light speed, it would still take us 20 years to get from Earth to the nearest galaxy, Andromeda.
On a typical Friday night I am
Going out with co-workers for a drink, then going home and watching Bill Maher or hitting up the newest movie. If I am lucky, my friends aren't all indisposed and I get in some hang time.

Fact: Someone figured out that Ice Cube's song "It Was A Good Day" is specifically referring to January 20, 1992. The ONLY day where: "Yo! Mtv Raps!" was on the air, it was a clear and smogless day, Lakers beat the Super Sonics and Ice Cube wasn't booked anywhere.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm 4/20 friendly and I tend not to drink.

I LOVE alcohol (in a sophisticated sense) but my mechanical heart valve is the reason I tend not to drink as it requires blood thinners, which alcohol tends to interact negatively with.

"Fact": Time IS a flat circle:

You're an ambitious, down to earth, over-educated, humble and confident young woman who is all about living life to the fullest while still finding time for naps, snuggles and lazy Sundays.

You want to be your own boss or as close to it as possible and you view meeting someone on here as a potential friend first, other stuff optional.
