Hello, my name is Steve. Like many other people, I am not really comfortable summarizing myself up in words. I would rather just talk and let people get to know me themselves. But I'll give it a try and hopefully someone will find me interesting.

*Update* I have decided to do something different here and use this as an opportunity to meet new friends and scratch one of the more nerdy itches I have. I used to Roll Play through Instant messenger with friends and I have been really missing it. So I am looking for people who would be interested. The way we roll played was that my friend would choose the setting and their character and I would fill in the world, story, and other characters. Often filling in the story while they filled in their character's reactions and actions. The stories ranged from science fiction to fantasy, robots to vampires and everything in between. The story would just be a fun way to escape from reality for a while. So if you are interested, just drop me a message and I will get back to you and explain more.

I am a creative and sensitive guy who likes to play. I am a very playful person. I would probably be considered more of a dork than anything. I greatly enjoy puzzles, games, toys, movies and the theater. I love to act in my spare time, but most of the time I am a very quiet and shy person. I am not the type to walk up and talk to people I don't know, but if I am comfortable with you...you can't get me to shut up. I also have a tendency and desire to collect random items to have in my room. My dream home would be filled with curios and just bizarre pieces of art and collectables.

I do have a "crazy" streak, and more than a few surprises. I also have a surprisingly dark sence of humor. I have often frightened some of my friends by what I say when I am in a darker mood. I take pride in finding the beautiful and serene in the macabre. But even in one of these moods, I am a caring and generous person.

I am Imaginative, Funny, and Odd

I am currently living my life and trying to build a nice base for myself to live comfortably.

I have heared that I am a good cook, and also have alot of friends come to me with their problems. So I guess I am good at helping people out with their problems and then feeding them. I have also heared that I am a good actor, but I have never seemed to feel I have as much talent as others claim.

That I am really tall...I also have heared that my size is intimidating when people first meet me. I am a big guy, but the truth is that I am really nice and I have never felt that anyone should be afraid of me.

I honestly do not really have any favorites. I usually enjoy what I enjoy and don't hold one above the other.

My musical tastes range from Rob Zombie to Beethoven, though the three styles that I enjoy the most is Swing, Irish music, and show tunes. I am often heared singing to myself softly when I am in a good mood.

As for movies and books, my tastes range drastically just like my tastes in music. I love artistic movies all the way down to pure crap. I do tend to enjoy movies that most people think are shit. Some examples are Monkeybone, Tank Girl, Water World...I have a weakness for the post apocolyptic setting. The same goes for books, though I hate to admit that I haven't been reading as much lately as I would like. I love fantasy...The Lord of the Rings and The Shanarra series are my real favorites. I also have enjoyed alot of Stephan King's works, and would like to read Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy again.

I have no preference in food at all. I enjoy most and am willing to try anything at least once.

I try to live a life without dependancy on anything....so I will have to go the "dork" way and say things like; Food, Water, Oxygen, my blood, my brain, and my lungs.

Many things really. Philosophy, fantasy, my life, my future.....it and my head can't be pinned down. Lately, I have been thinking alot about zombies and survival in a post apocolyptic setting for a film project I have in mind. I know it is nothing new, but it is something my friends and I want to do.

Unfortunatly, I am working most friday nights....but when I am not I am usually just relaxing at home.

I am a rather private person, so I am sorry, but you will have to get to know me first.....ok....just one. Thoes old "cow in a can" toys make me very happy.
