My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
So someone once said about me that if I was in a burning room, I'd notice the drapes. I guess that sort of sums it up. But also: I'm from Boston. I've never lost a game of Clue. I have my own place. I'm in an endless struggle to like salad. Sharon Needles once told me my "dick brain" for horror movies was really big. I try my best to be a nice guy.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work on the digital side of the TV industry.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Imitating a Boston accent, directions (the car type, not the controlling type), typing fast, random trivia, consuming media
The first things people usually notice about me

It depends on your angle of approach.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

This could go on for a while, I'll watch or listen to or read pretty much anything and find something to like about it. It has to be pretty bad for me to stop dealing with it. But as a cross-section:

Movies: I love Clue and Grey Gardens. Other hall of famers: Sleepaway Camp, Heathers, Polyester, All About Eve, Koyaanisqatsi, Dead Alive, The Last of Sheila, Network, Troop Beverly Hills, Working Girl.

TV wise, if its serialized I like it or at least have given it a try.

Books: The Wayward Bus, I, Claudius (although I like the mini-series better), The Westing Game, Special Topics in Calamity Physics, Fran Lebowitz. I read a lot of mysteries.

I'm more a DC than a Marvel guy, which is basically like coming out of the closet a second time.

Musically, I'm into The Knife, Go! Team, Cat Stevens, Serge Gainsbourg, Scissor Sisters, Grimes, Air, Sufjan Stevens. If this list was by song, it would have a lot more artists.

Food: Honestly, I'll eat anything. Except I've weirdly never eaten cottage cheese.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Friends, media, a sense of purpose, a comfortable bed, the ability to walk, memories good and bad.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I can discuss at length (and have, professionally) the plot of every Punky Brewster episode. I'm actually not kidding.

You've liked at least some of what you've read, have a sense of humor and are not insane. Or if you are, a fun insane.
