Books include the standard: Catcher In the Rye; To Kill a Mockingbird, The Picture of Dorian Gray, The Little Prince; and perhaps less conventionally: Listen, Little Man by Wilhelm Reich; To Russia With Fries by George Cohon and Democracy in America by Alexis de Toqueville. I also loved Tina Fey's "BossyPants", many of David Sedaris' work, Brendan Gill's "Here at the New Yorker" and many, many more. :)

Movies: Again! Where do I begin! Goodfellas; Parenthood, Superman; Get Real, Beautiful Thing, Billy Elliot, Babette's Feast Groundhog Day and so many more!

Shows: Again... where to begin! Billy Elliot, Pride and Prejudice, Jersey Boys, Avenue Q, Wicked (I'm kind of cliche) as the tip of the iceberg and ballet!

Unless they mean TV shows: Breaking Bad; Six Feet Under; Arrested Development; Archer; Everwood and gilmore girls (I am gay, after all); Sex and the City (ditto); Everybody Loves Raymond; Action and "Beggars and Choosers".

Music: C'mon!! MOR (Middle of the road) I love Carly Simon, Carole King, The Carpenters, I love Jazz, classical, rock, blues. Black female singers, for some reason always "filled" my sould with joy; I don't know why: Aretha, Gladys Knight, Patti Labelle. Anyway... I love music. Not so much the hip-hop. yolo and "rap" usually irritates me: To angry and jilted.

Food! Love it! I'm not a great cook and I can be set in my ways sometimes, but I'm usually very open to new food experiences, food "stylings" and nutrition. I'm a "bad" eater, though, left on my own.

I couldn't do without good people/family/friends, bad old tv, laughter, reading material, my cell phone and work. :)

How things work, what motivates people, how to make people happier, how to make me happier... but I try to not focus on any one thing too, too much.

I have been spending more time lately on the idea of a great guy to build a life with. That'd be nice. :)

Either with friends, family, at a performance of some kind or alone. I am not typically anywhere in any given week.

I'll admit most anything, sadly. lol.... But you'd need to figure out what to ask before I'd answer. ;)

You should message me if you are serious about having a new person in your life. Ideally I'd love a partner, but anyone who is sincere and genuinely willing to make an effort to build a friendship is ok in my book. I want to grow with someone. Not everyone can br Prince Charming, but if one of you happens to ride a white horse and find it galloping towards me ... :)
