Shape-shifter.

I write. I'm almost always in the middle of a project which may or may not be finished. I've written plays, short stories, and a novel, as well as a great deal of poetry. A few of my plays have been produced. I also make experimental music on the side under the name 'carnassial,' mostly using Ableton and found-sounds. I read - a lot, and I'm really good at trivia.

FOOD:
the spicier, the better. I like pretty out-there cuisine. If you're going to turn your nose up at spicy octopus or stick with a California roll at a sushi restaurant, we're probably not going to get along too well.

1. Juice. I'm a dipsomaniac and can never have enough of anything to drink. This includes water and alcohol, though the latter sometimes gets me into trouble.
2. Glasses. I'm not blind without them, but I like to see what's headed my way. That, and I have never been able to put contact lenses in my eyes.
3. Candles. I recently discovered that this alternate source of light is both calming and essential.
4. Hot sauce. Self-explanatory, I hope.
5. My phone. Over the years, I've become rather attached to it. Not too proud of this, but it is true.
6. My backpack. It is rare you will see me without a backpack on.
