I've learned that life, as in yoga, is about breathing through the moments and trying to find the enjoyment in each one.

I am dedicated, driven, positive, confident, and down to earth. I love NYC and everything it has to offer from Shakespeare in the Park and karaoke at a moment's notice to restaurant week and happy hour. Every sunrise and sunset I see is like the first one and always makes me happy.

I enjoy getting to know people and am energized by it. I have been told by many friends and family that I make activities fun (even going to Duane Reade in a Hurricane). I try to find the fun and enjoyment in everything I do. I find being in a relationship makes everything else worthwhile and I believe compromise and equality in a relationship are key factors to its success.

Completing my doctorate as a clinical and school child psychologist and am lucky enough to love what I do!
I maintain a work-life balance and have a pretty great and active life.

When I'm not working you can find me in yoga, pilates, and spin classes, walking in Central Park and around New York City. I enjoy relaxing to great tv shows, movies, Broadway shows, and reading my kindle.

While catching up with friends, I also spend a lot of time out for dinner and drinks. I also love to travel.

I love all kinds of good food, good wine and good beer. Don't think I could live without avocados, sushi, or gummy candies.
