I'm an introvert and definitely appreciate quiet time on my own, but I also love spending time with friends. I prefer to have a smaller group of close friends than a large group of acquaintances that I don't know very well. Too much drama and inconsistency tires me out and I tend to avoid people that can't keep plans.
I'm an engineer, and it shows. I'm constantly analyzing/designing/debating/questioning. But, I'm not *just* a geeky engineer. I love conversing on a variety of topics: literature, politics, religion, art, movies. I like movies that are creative and artistically done with great writing/directing/acting. I can't stand a re-do of the same old story line. I don't read as much as I'd like to, but I'm becoming more of an avid reader since finishing grad school. I've been wandering around in some classics lately, more interested in the writing style, language, and character development than the story lines.
I'm looking for a caring, considerate man who values his relationships with close friends and family. Ideally, I'd like my significant other to be someone that I can have fun with, travel with, host dinner parties with, cuddle on the couch and watch movies with, and feel close and comfortable talking about anything with.
