I am honest, vibrant, funny, intelligent, articulate, super
friendly, self aware, a global citizen, well dressed, a confident
cook, passionate, ambitious yet totally dedicated to living life
today.......and I'm looking for someone to celebrate life with!
What I’m doing with my life
Trying my best to make the most out of life. I ran my own corporate
finance company for many years until it was swallowed up in the
credit crisis. I since shifted gears entirely and entered the world
of technology. I recently launched a new technology startup in the
digital content & data space with my co-founder and loving
every minute of it. I am by no means a workaholic and love making
the most out of each day!
I’m really good at
making people feel good about themselves and making them my friend.
I am the guy that strikes up long conversations with the local
purveyors and randoms I meet. I am also a fantastic cook and love
seeing the expressions on the faces of my friends/guests after I
feed them something they genuinely enjoy. I am also great at
leaving work stress at work and truly savoring my evenings. I also
love showing my friends all the amazing nooks and crannies of
gorgeous spots through out the entire bay area. If I were to visit
the SF bay area, I would really want someone like me to show them
The first things people usually notice about me
I don't know what it is but people just seem to remember me. I
guess I am a good soul that genuinely means well and I take the
time to talk to people. On a vain level, I work out a decent amount
and have big arms! Oh and I am brown:-)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I am a cook book junkie...they actually are my prized possessions.
I have more cook books than a straight man should. I love to read
recipes and create dishes in my mind as I read them. I also love to
read about chefs and cooking in general.
I love movies that move me. Movies that depict selfless acts of
compassion bring tears to my eyes. Although I love fiction, my
brain tends to drag me towards anything non-fiction from
biographies to documentaries to how to/cooking shows to the news. I
feel that there is such an abundance of knowledge out there to
access that I want to consume as much as I can while I am still on
I am a foodie. Actually I am a hedonist in a way. But food is my
weakness. I am not a food blogger nor am I at every food convention
in town however I love to eat and discuss food with the best of
them. I love hitting up the nasty hole in the wall restaurants to
the hottest Michelin restaurants around. My ultimate travel
destination is San Sebastion which has more Michelin starred
restaurants than any other place on Earth.
I love any and all types of music. However, I prefer classical
music in the mornings and jazz in the evenings. I love to dance to
house. Always down to break it down till the break of dawn! So
house, ghetto beats, bring it. I spent some time in Texas so am
always open to a little twang.
The six things I could never do without
Great long lasting friendships
My large loving family
High Speed Internet - I can go without food for a few days but not
Long drives to lovely bay area spots..Carmel, Napa, Tahoe,
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Making the most out of the time I have on this planet and sharing
it with someone that thinks about life the same way. Solving global
gridlocks that cause so much pain and suffering to humanity. Being
a good human.
On a typical Friday night I am
Something chill or at home making a lovely dinner for friends.
Saturday night is a different story!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I am an open book. I have nothing to hide and I like it that way. I
am a strong individual yet one of the most sensitive people I know
in that I get it.
You should message me if
You are genuinely honest, vibrant, intelligent, generous, kind, loving, affectionate, feminine, have a sense of style, open to different cultures, adventurous, and last but not least emotionally stable.
