Hi I am an Australian and have been living in Shanghai, China for the past 6 years and loving it...great city.

I have a great job that allows me to travel and explore the world along with a great circle of friends.

I love getting out and exploring all that this fab city has to offer as well as enjoying good food and wine. Just finished my Masters degree in marketing so now enjoying the extra time on my hands.

I spend my time in Shanghai dining out with good friends and exploring the city. My goal for 2013 is to improve my Mandarin and to do more traveling.

Working in China is an amazing experience...I have a great senior job in the hotel industry which allows me to meet different people..no day is the same......also taking Chinese Mandarin lessons ( I can get by at the moment but need to be better).

Just finished reading The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern.

Love Thai, Vietnamese and Italian food.

My music tastes are very eclectic from Top 40, to jazz/blues, R & B.....just cant get into country music sorry.

Thank goodness for cable TV in Shanghai...enjoying Boardwalk Empire, CSI (all of them), House of Cards Homeland at the moment.

My shoes...(I am a girl after all).....good food, good wine and good company...plus I love the beach, its the one thing I miss about Australia living in China

Catching up with friends for a drink or dinner if I dont have visitors from overseas in town...Shanghai is THE place to be
