I am originally from Washington State and grew up in a small town about an hour south of Seattle. I love living in the city, but also love the people that were in my life growing up, both friends and family. I love life in the city, but I think it is important to get out and breathe some fresh air every once in a while. I love spending time with family and friends, but sometimes it is nice just to stay at home, curl up in a blanket and watch a cheesy romantic comedy. Friends would describe me as funny, caring, giving, strong willed and determined. Hopefully I can find someone who either posesses those qualities himself or can at least appreciate them. I'm looking for someone who can have fun in any situation. Someone who can stand on his own in a crowd and appreciates a good, sometimes goofy sense of humor. Someone who can sing along in the car to cheesy pop songs and not care who's watching. Someone who can have as much fun shaking his ass on a dance floor as kicking back on the couch under a blanket and watching a movie or catching up on Tivo. Now, odds are I may not find all of these characteristics in one person, nor would I expect to, but what I am really looking for is a great guy I can connect with and hopefully have a relationship with.

I am originally from Washington state and moved to Dallas a little over a year ago. I have been fortunate to have quickly made a great group of friends since I have been here. I also have a great job that takes up a lot of my time, but I enjoy it very much. I am definitely reaching a point in my life where I am looking for a relationship with someone.

I go through periods where I read a lot and other times that I don't read as often. I can easily get sucked into a series and read it voraciously.

I am a sucker for the singing talent shows (Idol, Voice, Xfactor). I probably secretly wish I was a contestant, but will settle for just watching others :)

I moved to Dallas and had never actually seen the show Dallas. So, I decided to watch some of the old DVD's to catch up. Well, I am 10 seasons in now! I'm so far in now I am hooked!

I enjoy going out on the town with friends and having a good time occasionally. The mystique of the scene has definitely worn off through the years, but I still enjoy it in smaller doses. I also enjoy a night in relaxing and winding down during the weekend.

I enjoy spending time with the people I care about. I am very close to my family and have a great group of friends. Love BBQ's, parties, movie nights, pretty much anything. I am very laid back and easy going.
