My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Have you ever said, "Fuck it. I'm just going to do it anyway." Probably since you are on this site, just like I am. That was my reason for signing up. I love keeping active, going on random adventures, but most importantly, just enjoying life. I tend to be sarcastic, and I do not take anything too serious, expect things that are actually important.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working at a job I enjoy. Finding a new band or concert in general to attend on the weekends. Imbibing in some adult beverages on the weekends or staying in watching a movie.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Jack of all trades, master of none.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I tend to talk loudly. Otherwise, I really don't know. I feel like this is a section for douchey guys to talk about how ripped they are; I'm not that type of person.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I do love to read and enjoy going to used bookstores, like Myopic in Wicker Park. Some of my favorites authors are Vonnegut, Franzen, Pynchon, David Foster Wallace, Michael Chabon, Palahniuk, and others in that vein.

Films: PTA, Aronofsky, Wes Anderson, Kubrick, Scoresese, Godfather I & II, Lost in Translation, Super Troopers, Mel Brooks movies, John Hughes movies (particularly Uncle Buck). Basically, comedies and weird indie movies.

T.V. : Arrested Development, Always Sunny, 30 Rock, Louie, SOA, and Justified.

Music: Dylan, Black Keys, Allman Brothers, Pearl Jam, Wilco, Flaming Lips, Grateful Dead, Beatles, Rolling Stones, Velvet Underground, Four Tet, and Radiohead. Recently, I've been listening to Valerie June, Houndmouth, Wheeler Brother, Gramatik, Pretty Lights, and London Grammar. If you have some good musical suggestions for new bands/artists, I'd love to hear them.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
In no particular order:
Contact Lens (probably legally blind without them)
Netflix/HBO Go
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Out with my friends, checking out a new band at Schubas, Lincoln Hall, Double Door, or staying in.
