My Self-Summary

I know you're not supposed to put your real name out online, but who cares really. If you would ask me for it I would give it to you. My name is Borin. I know odd name, I am of Cambodian decent. I love video games and music. I am definitely all about RPGs of all types. I have a major affinity for japanese RPGs. But, I will play anything and everything. I'm faintly obsessed with rugby as well. I played back in high school and pick it up every now and then. It was a major inspiration to my life. Made me fit, taught me some discipline, and toughened me up a bit. I love going to shows. If one of my favorite bands are in town, I am there.

What I’m doing with my life

I am currently working in a lab. A common nine to five, Monday through Friday sort of job. It pays the bills but not what I want to do anymore. I was pursuing a degree in Chemistry but now I am Audio Engineering. One day I will be a musical producer but until then, I will be working with different chemicals of sorts.

I’m really good at

I'm really good at embarrassing myself for other peoples entertainment. It works out for both parties; I laugh, they laugh, we have a good time.

The first things people usually notice about me

I'm fairly straight forward and blunt. I don't like to beat around the bush. I believe if something needs to be said, then say it. Also, I may be a bit offensive. I like to laugh a lot.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I love young adult books. My favorite series of all time is Perseus Jackson and the Olympians. It mixes Greek mythology and modern day, how awesome is that. I love my fantasy novels.

I have a broad range of movies. Some favorites are: The Boondock Saints, Gladiator, V for Vendetta, Shinobi: Heart Under Blade, Super Troopers, Jay and Silent Bob: Strike Back, Short Bus, etc...

I am all about good music. Favorites would be: Thrice, Brand New, Deftones, Manchester Orchestra, Death Cab for Cutie, underOATH, Lupe Fiasco, Linkin Park, etc. I have a very broad range of tastes. I can listen to anything and enjoy it. I don't enjoy mainstream hip hop these days, but I can deal.

Mmmmm food, definitely the best way to get to a mans heart. I love all sorts and willing to try anything. My favorites are definitely Thai and Italian.

The six things I could never do without

I spend a lot of time thinking about

I spend a lot of time thinking about a lot of random things. I mean insanely random, like robotic unicorn zombies. Yes, not possible, but I think about it. My job is always on my mind too, because I am always there. I'm constantly correcting peoples grammar in my head. I think about rugby a lot as well. Different strategies, teams, players, etc.

On a typical Friday night I am

I am hanging out with my friends, sitting around my house, and playing video games. Whether we are drinking or not, it seems we always have a good time. If I'm not at home, I am at the Westport flea market singing karaoke.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I like to play rock band naked when my roommates aren't home. What?! It's liberating!!!

I'm a sucker for bears and cubs. A man with some fur turns me on insanely especially if he's neatly groomed. I guess that really isn't private....
