Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am a complete theatre dork who gets way too wrapped up in his
work (it's also a hobby if you love it) Get described as 'cute' or
'charming' a lot so I've got that going for me.
I find I'm attracted to personalities so gender isn't too much of
an issue, but there isn't a bi-curious orientation so bi would be
the most honest answer I could give. Always best to be honest :)
Let's see how things go.
And I promise I will update this page eventually so as not to raise
expectations too high :p
Update: I cook again now. Got back from Corfu a few months ago and
it has convinced me to take it up again
If I don't reply to you I'm not trying to be a dick! I'm not on
here very often and I have a filter attached
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Suffering for my art as an independent producer and playwright.
Actually got a big project coming up so very excited at the moment!
Otherwise doing anything I can to pay the bills as was the key
thing they taught me at university.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
'The Cup Song' from Pitch Perfect and I roast a mean potato. Good
at ruining movies by over-analysing and apparently have a knack for
written dialogue. If you ever want a Hugh Grant impression that's
just me being befuddled, I'm the one they call.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Hair; Height; Blue eyes; Smile in that order. Then they realise I
can barely string a sentence together.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Les Miserables, One Day and The Wonder Boys
Movies: 500 Days of Summer; 50/50; Singing in the Rain; Anything
Show: Sondheim, Gershwin, Bernstein, you get the jist (although
just realising this probably meant TV shows...)
Music: Sister Hazel, Train, actually making effort to find out
about British music though
Food: Calamari (Possibly my desert Island food) or Pastistada! LOVE
that traditional Corfu dish that makes me sound really pretentious!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My Family and pets;
Something creative to do;
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Work - More particularly the work I set myself, not the work that
makes a living.
Plot twists - Curse of trying to be a writer.
Movie plot twists - Similar to the above but takes up way too much
I'm sure there are plenty of other deep thoughts but seems I spend
most time failing to plan what to have for meals.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either having a curry with the family (great tradition highly
recommend it) or out enjoying my night with good friends. Maybe
once in a while even trying something new and exciting like date
night (although this would probably work just as well as a Thursday
or Saturday thing)
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have no self awareness when it comes to attraction. It's very
much a right under my nose kind of thing to me and it's broken my
confidence on more than one occasion.
