I would describe myself as easygoing, quiet, and a bit nerdy. I love comic books; I hope to publish comics of my own when I've settled down and am less busy. I enjoy campy movies of any genre. I play obscure board/card games that usually inhabit the dark corners and high shelves of the local game shop. I love to travel; I studied in England a few summers ago, and I'm dying to go back.

I just graduated from UCSB with a degree in film and media studies. I'm now back in school, studying CompSci at SBCC. I also work in retail.

Comics are my lifeblood! My favorite comics series and stand-alone graphic novels include From Hell, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Watchmen, Tom Strong, V for Vendetta, Pride of Baghdad, Kick-Ass, I Kill Giants, The Dark Knight Returns, Arkham Asylum, The Long Halloween, The Filth, Ghost World, and Top 10.

I usually don't read books unless they have pictures in them because staring at all of those little words makes my head hurt. Nevertheless, I love Stephen King. (haters gonna hate, but his stuff is really entertaining.) I'm FINALLY reading his Dark Tower series, and it's very engrossing. I also like Neil Gaiman's stuff. (Anansi Boys is probably my favorite book of his.)

My favorite movies include Reservoir Dogs, Fantasia, Toy Story 3, Dead Snow, The Thing, Moonrise Kingdom, Kindergarden Cop, Mean Girls, The Shining, El Mariahchi, The Crow, True Romance, Mad Max, and A Serious Man.

A few of my favorite TV shows are Trailer Park Boys, Breaking Bad, Spaced, and Regular Show. (I REALLY like Regular Show.)
