Cancer Shmancer

Alright... who reads these.

If you were to be extra curious about me...

I was diagnosed with cancer this January. A really nasty kind called angiosarcoma. It's been a surreal and scary experience that has kicked my ass a lot. Angiosarcoma is a vascular soft tissue sarcoma that can develop anywhere, but is most commonly found in the head and neck, Heart, liver, and lungs. In my particular case it was in my left breast though is shares no relation to breast cancer. So, sorry to disappoint any guys out there hoping for the usual pair that come on a lady. I have one boob and a giant scar. Instead of being ashamed or shy about my newly mangled body I show it to people and talk about what is happening in all aspects of my treatment.

I think I might be stronger than anyone you know. I remain happy, just went camping and live life as fully as possible because nothing makes you FEEL life is short like cancer can.

My first journal entry is sort of blah isn't it... ah well, if you happen upon it... it says what it says.

An image of kyoto_phoenix Wow. No comments here? unbelievable. The question is, you are now beyond 6 months. How's it going, no recurrence? Shit! 26, you aren't supposed to get that until you are in your 70's! Man, I really hope its been okay for you. Yes, we all need a dose of reality to appreciate the present moment.
