Since I am deciding on paint colors for a room there are splashes of different colors on most every wall. The cable guy was here to do a repair, and when he was finished he stood up and pointed to a color and said, “this one” and we chatted about it briefly. After he left, it occurred to me that was what I was missing. Not the romance and dinners (those are nice as well) but a partner, someone who asks about my day, who has my back, and values my heart.
There are thousands of men and women on this site who are searching for that same connection. Why must we make this so difficult??
I am on a mission to find an intelligent man with a sense of humor. We all have had past relationships and carry some baggage, so I’m not expecting to find perfection, but loyalty, honesty, and being treated as an equal are the most important qualities I am looking for in another person. Also, I want you to want me to have my own thoughts, opinions, and hobbies-even if we do not share them. Who wants a clone anyway??
Okay, enough with the serious stuff…
