Wonk, geek, sports tragic, sci fi nerd, with a passion for openness and equality and an interest in Radio/Media. I'm an eclectic mix, something for everybody! Prone to moments of thought and serious discussion followed by fun, chaos and stupidity. I tend to enjoy the journey wherever it leads rather than focus or fixate on the destination, yet do still have some goals and passions.

Not into long full on nights of drinking and partying anymore but still enjoy getting out now and then. Enjoy live shows, theatre, comedy, music, live sporting events, being out and about, but also very much enjoy quiet times at home alone or with a few friends relaxing and doing bugger all. Love getting in the car and just going for a random drive ending up who knows where.

I'm open minded and have at times what might to some others be some left field ideas on life, love, friendships and relationships, but always think first and foremost that and everything in life should come from a place of trust, honesty and respect. If you're looking for the old fashioned traditional white picket fence monogamous style Prince Charming happy ever after deal then you're better off moving on to the next profile and looking elsewhere. Not that there's anything wrong with that :-) just not what it is I am seeking and looking for.

Just starting to branch out into some work with local radio, enjoying that and hoping to do more, otherwise just trying to be healthy, live, and enjoy life

Connecting with people in some way, usually manage to find some point of interest... of making people feel relaxed and at ease...

I'm usually the quiet, stay out of the way type, mostly more introverted than the extroverted life of the party... so maybe if I am noticed its cause of that!

Biographies and autobiographies, fiction and non fiction, personal development books, political and current affairs and opinions... as well as news, blogs and information online.

Enjoy various sorts of movies, from foreign/art/cult to mainstream/blockbuster. For TV, enjoy West Wing, Dr Who/Torchwood, wwe/tna/mma, NCIS, sport, news & documentaries, and most things humourous.

Music tastes are open and eclectic, often depending on my mood. Enjoy mainstream rock/pop, with some blues and roots style stuff. Enjoying getting out to see live music, be it touring bands or local original acts

Actually at times over-thinking and over-analysing things can be an issue for me... so I guess I spend a lot of time thinking about NOT thinking!

Often a quiet night relaxing at home or with friends for a quiet drink or two and some great company... sometimes doing prep work for some radio stuff the next day, if not then tv or online

Hmmm there are times I can be described as an oversharer! Probably too easily admit most things!

Full open disclosure - I do have an awesome partner, and we are both fully up front, and open in our relationship... and that's proper honest open, not the old "I am but she doesn't know about it" type :-) she knows all and vice versa. Fully aware that's not everyone's cup of tea so no problems if its not :-)

So given that, am not looking for anything to replace what I have but to compliment it... hoping to find open, relaxed, like-minded people to chat with and catch up for coffee or a drink, hang out or go out... No expectations for anything more than great people and great company, but hey never knock it back if there is an interest in something more as well :-)
