What I’m doing with my life
Reading tons of books, baking delicious treats, practicing my
elementary mandolin skills! And meeting awesome people! I'm going
to school at Langara College and loving it!
I’m really good at
Dressing snappy with almost no money, coveting stationary,
collecting maps (although my map collection is a joint venture with
several other people, and most of them[the maps] remained in
Victoria with my associate zenobiamae after I moved to
Vancouver).
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm a little bit short. Also, I have perfect teeth and a big smile,
but you might not get to see that *first thing* (I'm just a little
shy, but I don't need much of an excuse to like someone).

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Ethics with a feminist/anti-oppressionist bent. I'm a
big fan of Fannie's Room and a few other
semi-radical blogs where I get my daily dose of news and analyses.
I'm also fascinated by human interaction and storytelling. I like
to write, and make a lot of lists to organize my ideas. I like to
spend some quality time with a copy of the Globe and Mail when I can.
On a typical Friday night I am
Reading, cooking, making wine (and then drinking it!).
I like to stay at home a lot, or hang out with my tight-knit
family/social group. I also enjoy walking, alone or with others,
and outdoor festivals, fairs and markets. I also enjoy going out for
drinks at cool
pubs with smallish
groups of cool folks. I do like to party now and then, but I need notice so I
can doll myself up (and prepare myself mentally).
