I should start by saying I'm not looking for casual, I'm not someones booty call, and I believe internet dating is about putting yourself out there by showing people a photo of you and writing enough in your profile so that I get an idea about who you are. I'm the type of person who can be the life and soul of a party, but also sit back and chill. I like to hang out with friends, chat about the funny and serious stuff, and pretty much analyse the crap out of everything lol. Conversational skills are a must with me, or frankly I get bored :)

For fun I go see movies, occasionally bowl, often hang out with friends over dinner and a dvd, and even get the PS2 out (soon will add a Wii to the collection) and play some Buzz, Guitar Hero or Singstar.

I also think 2 people need to have their own lives and interests as well as common ground. I have lots of friends and whilst I'm happy to have my partner come along to most social events, I also like one on one time with my gal pals. To me it's important to have time apart so you can appreciate the time together so much more.

Basically I've come to realise that attraction is way too complicated a thing to be able to say "I want what's in THAT box". I'd like to be with a person who makes me laugh (and vice versa), can chat about my day and my life without rolling their eyes, and has the capacity to talk to me about theirs too. Someone who fits into the life I have, and allows me to fit into theirs, without having to compromise too much who I am (or they are) to do it.

I think I'm a bit outside the norm box and I guess I'm looking for someone who is too and understands what I even mean by that lol.

I read tarot, like crystals, read lots of self development/spiritual text, speak of the Universe and the journey we're on, have pink and black in my naturally blond curly hair, and have 5 tattoos.

On the other hand I can be extremely conservative at times and tend to keep most of these things rather private and only share them with those close to me.

Enjoying the experience of living! Sharing my journey with others and having a laugh along the way.

Finding the positive in most situations. Learning what I need to from each experience. Having a bloody good laugh. Singing! Generally good at cooking....excellent at eating ha ha ha. Having fun.

I love most music, but will generally want to stuff things in my ears if forced to listen to country. Foo Fighters are the best. Muse, Iron Maiden, Kings of Leon, Phil Collins, Queen, Robbie Williams, Cold Play, David Gray, Michael Buble. As I said, I love most music lol.

I enjoy distracting myself with dvd's and tv....yes I even watch Idol and Masterchef. BUT I don't expect my partner to suffer through the shows I love and expect the same in return. I'll go in the other room and watch what I've recorded whilst you watch your AFL or League lol.

Really love a good comedy, be it action or romance based (I am a chick). Bruce Willis and Hugh Grant are my favs. Love stupid stuff like Ace Ventura and White Chicks. Don't like horror or gore, but don't mind a good thriller or supernatural movie.

I tend to read a variety of books. Have all the Harry Potter series which I love, Clive Cussler, Marian Keyes, and Terry Pratchett (although haven't read his books for years). Often reading something spiritual, psychological or generally about my self development.

Friends, Music, Chocolate, My sense of humour, Compassion, my cat

Mainly I think about who I am and how I can best serve the people I come into contact with in this life, without compromising who I am or my own standards.

Enjoying a dvd, or chatting to people online, and maybe even hanging out with someone I like.

I have a sister who is 25 years younger than me!
