My self-summary
I grew up in a small town, surrounded by cornfields, in the heart of the US. Adventured my way through several places before landing in SF.

Manly (drink beer/whiskey, play/watch sports, enjoys any challenge, hugs grizzly bears, etc.)

Chivalrous (gentleman, romanic, honest, loyal, friendly, imaginative, etc.)

Confident (always myself, knows strengths & weaknesses, always looking to improve, etc.)

Simple (enjoys the simple things in life, not picky, always up for any journey, ready to try/learn something new, open-minded, etc.)
What I’m doing with my life
What I get paid to do: Design integrated brand, product, and experiences with people at the heart.

What I don't get paid to do: Coach, teach, present, play, and volunteer on subjects in design, creativity, wellness, sports, and carbon neutral living.
I’m really good at
Let's just call this section a list of random insights...

Eating broccoli, while skydiving, with a party hat on. I enjoy life all the time no matter how ridiculous one might interpret my actions.

Being blunt. I am not bashful with being direct, honest, and sharing what I think.

Competition. Sports, games, puzzles, etc. If I have never played before? Teach me. I will quickly adapt and enjoy it.

Making wrapping paper. I am a sucker for holidays, traditions, and themed events.

Legos. I may no longer play with legos, but my imagination, joy of spontaneity, ability to problem solve, and confidence in anything I do is probably my greatest asset.

Conversations. I'm the guy talking to a stranger on the bus, rather than getting neck pain from tweeting on my phone.

Being open-minded. I value this trait above all.

Eating cereal. You can usually find me in the cereal aisle, picking out a box for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Being romantic. I will let you imagine the possibilities.
The first things people usually notice about me
I could cop out from answering this question, but that would be boring. Pick one: (a) blue eyes (b) smile (c) midwestern accent and/or personality. (d) ass (e) fill-in your own here.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
…why the brontosaurus is no longer considered a dinosaur? It was a sad day for me when I found out this outrageous news!
On a typical Friday night I am
Never the same. I might find myself: experiencing a new restaurant, playing a game/sport, at a concert, going for a hike, at an art/design gallery opening, listening to a presentation at an event, out at a bar for happy hour, at the movie theater watching the latest film, out shopping for new items, at the bookstore reading up on something entertaining, or now given I am on here, probably out on a date.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
My first concert was out in the woods with New Kids On The Block.

You are sexy, open-minded, and balanced.

Who I find sexy:

Cute. Feminine. Romantic. Affectionate. Sensual. Honest. A few of my shallow weaknesses: Long hair. Thin/fit figure. Petite size (5"6 - 5"3). Fashion: The "dress to impress" or "business casual" look (cocktail/club dresses, skirts, button-up collared shirts, heals, etc.) The "cow-girl" or "Midwest" look (tight-fitted jeans, jean shorts, basic v-neck t-shirts, tank tops, leather jacket, etc.) Bonus Points: You prefer/listen to Rock/Metal over Pop/Rap.

Who I find openminded:

Down-to-earth. Genuine. Positive. Understanding. Passionate about everything and an expert in nothing. Eat anything/everything. Embrace awkwardness. Enjoy the little things in life. Easy to talk to about anything. Honest. Creative.

Who I find balanced:

Happy. Smile often. Enjoy variety. Spontaneous. Understand the importance of having a balanced life. Curious in life. Inspire to learn new things. Competitive, even if you are not athletic, you will still compete and have fun. Think us staying home, cooking a meal together, and cuddling to a movie sounds just as amazing as us going to a four-star restaurant and dancing the night away, or flying to New Zealand and spending a month in the forest.
