My Self-Summary
Welcome to my journey to the center of McGerk. If any of you got
that reference, then we are off to a beautiful start. My name is
Robert Allison and I recently moved to Los Angeles from Phoenix,
Arizona. I enjoy writing, reading, and films. I collect vinyl
records and aspire to one day make movies. That or become a voice
actor. I imagine either position would be a dream job
What I’m doing with my life
I've lived in Los Angeles for about a year now and recently moved
to my new apartment, which I love dearly. I don't currently go to
school but plan to sign up in another year or so. Meanwhile, I hope
to get some writing and film projects friends and I are working on
finito.
I currently work at Pacific Theaters Grove 14 over by the Farmer's Market. Nothing supper fancy. Mostly stuck in concession or tearing tickets but I hope to get promoted sometime in November to a projectionist, which is a job I think I would be happy doing.

I’m really good at
I guess I'm really good at projecting myself. Most people
eventually ask me if I've acted etc and while it was a big thing
for me back in high school, I don't really work to hard at it
today
I love coming up with new voices in my never ending pursuit to become a voice actor. I also believe I'm very knowledgeable regarding creative writing. If nothing else besides the technical aspect of it

I spend a lot of time thinking about
My mind generally shifts between different projects I have going on
in my life. These range from formulating story ideas I can write
down to some costume I wanna put together.

On a typical Friday night I am
I'm mostly working Friday night. However, when I'm not I like to go
see movies down by the Silent Movie Theater on Fairfax or at the
Grove. Otherwise just hanging around is fine. I love to walk and
check out all the different shops around town. Melrose is fun,
along with Hollywood and Thaitown, though the beach has been
sounding mighty swell lately
My friend has recently exposed me to the wonderful world of thrift stores and all the cool retro jems they hold. So whenever I can, I try to make treks out to Out-Of-The-Closet and the like
