I'm a small town boy that lives by the beach and loves the city. I'm polite, confident, assertive, social and gracious. I love and respect the women in my life. Sometimes I like to stay out late on weekends and party it up, but not to excess.
I take no bs, am kind, compassionate, sees the other side of the coin, defender, and loyal.
I'm always learning something. I always reach for more.
I like to make memories. I can be both goofy and witty. I love intimacy. Its the poignancy, the little things, the closeness, the trust, the bonds along with the physical that I love about intimacy. I take care of business when it's required and when it's not.
Music is a big part of my life even though I'm not playing out anymore. I still very much enjoy all kinds of music that puts a skip in my step, gets me sentimental and makes me want to pit, as in mosh pit. Catching a live shows or going to concerts is a must. I also love watching films - foreign, anime, or anything that looks cool, has amazing actors, visually stunning and of course has a great plot line. Anything inspired by the creative spark are things that I enjoy.l
I'm very independent. But not so much that I won't make time for someone because I will. I grew up very protective of my two sisters and had a great relationship with my mother. The women in my life see me as a brother and protector when their men are gone. They rely on me, and I worked hard to earn their trust.
I'm not a fan of organized religion but I do believe in a higher power. Some call it God. Some call it the Source. I believe we create our reality and I believe in the power of intention and taking action to create what you want. Meditation brings me clarity and I try to be in a constant state of meditation.
I enjoy physical activity outside of the gym. But I love the iron. I used to hate it. Now I need it. I love the outdoors too. I've not gone on a hike in so long I'm not sure where to go. So hiking is definitely on my list - Runyon Canyon is a given. Climbed Pillbox trail in Oahu. What an amazing view. Traveling to Joshua Tree for some bouldering in a few weeks after it cools down. I've been skydiving which I loved. But that's more of an adrenaline rush. Boxing and surfing are next on my list if things to do. And trips to Mammoth with the guys for some snowboarding.
Jokes? I gottem. I'm more deadpan and witty than goofy and silly, but I can be any depending on what the conversation is about. I do not sweat the small stuff. I have successfully managed all of the BS out of my life for years now and intend to keep it that way.
