My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a pretty simple person. I work full-time and like to enjoy a cold beer at the end of the day. I'm a nerd/geek/whatever, and proud of it. I love dancing and playing pool. I like old cars and country music. I often read at bars. I like to discuss politics and religion and make inappropriate jokes.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Enjoying it.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Having fun.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I really have no idea.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Les Miserables (This is my favorite story of all time, and I guess it falls into multiple categories...books, movies, music, etc.), Count of Monte Cristo, Pride and Prejudice, Anything by Christopher Moore, Harry Potter, The Magicians. Movies: Sabrina, Casablanca, Swingers. Shows: Archer, Entourage, Firefly, GOT, Arrow. Music: Lots of country/rockabilly, but pretty much whatever I'm in the mood for at any given time. It's not unusual for me to switch between Bruce Springsteen, Aesop Rock, NOFX, Tom Waits, the Blasters, John Prine, The Decemberists, Josh Ritter, etc.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
The human body and mind are truly incredible in their ability to adapt to new situations, so in truth the only things I could never go without are air, water, food, shelter, sleep, and my health.

Other than those, the six things I which I would miss most if I could not have are:

Music
Dancing
Beer
Books
Computers
Good socks
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Why people stress so often about little things.
Where I can find a good dance floor.
When country radio stations will actually start playing country music again.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Exploring Eugene. Trying to find a new "home away from home". Trying desparately to find somewhere to dance in this town.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
It's obviously not that private if I write it here on the internet. That said, I've read the Harry Potter series nine times.
