I'm fun, caring, a good listener and also a bit of a nerd. I'm computer savvy, intellectual and very much interested in understanding how the world works. I'm a philosopher, a dreamer, a lover, a fighter and I'm very passionate about that which I hold dear.
My friends would describe me as being funny, witty and loyal. I'm slow to anger and quick to make a joke to help ease the tension when things get rough.
I've been told I have a very unique way of viewing the world and of conveying that vision to others. Judicial use of sarcasm and a habit of comically understating situations have lead some to claim I have something between the patience of a Buddhist Monk and the reserved sense of humor of a British comedian.
I tend to be rather reserved in crowds but when I'm with people who I care about I blossom into the life of the party.
I'm trying to be the best procrastinator in the world, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.
I'm very creative and have a knack for finding solutions to problems most people think are unsolvable. Since a great deal of my friends have often lived far away from me I've also become rather skilled at playing the part of hang out coordinator for my group of friends.
Favorite books include Life of Pi, Ordinary People, Illusions: The tale of a Reluctant Messiah, The Dragonlance Chronicles and American Gods.
As for music, I like metal, classic rock, alternative and classical. I also listen to the occasional J-pop, K-pop and German Metal on the youtube.
I love stand up comedy as well. George Carlin, Lewis Black and Mitch Hedberg are some of my favorites. I also like John Pinette, Gabriel Iglesias, Louis CK and Bill Hicks.
As for food, I love sushi, pizza, most Italian food and Asian food. I love all sorts of sea food. I fancy myself a pretty good cook and I'm frequently experimenting with new recipes.
My favorite peanut butter is Jiffy. Skippy is lame.
