I am quirky, colorful, and quiet.
My Self-Summary
I went to college at Eastern Washington, but no longer. I'm from
Tigard and lived here virtually all my life, yet I couldn't tell
you how to get anywhere because I suck at giving directions, though
I could probably drive you to half the places someone would ask me
directions for. Generally I'll make a good deal of jokes, though
not all of them are what you might call "good". I like them and
share them because I think that people should hear them, even if
they are just weird plays on words.
For the most part, I wear the same basic outfit when I'm not at
work: tie dye shirt, a hawaiian shirt, and plaid shorts. I think it
shows my personality most of the time: mellow and kinda laid back.
Though that's not always the case, just like with most other
people. I have, though, begun liking more button up shirts at
times, so maybe I just like going between the extremes there.
What I’m doing with my life
Being an assistant manager at the only Fuddruckers for about 400
miles around. We totally rock, though it gets a bit crazy weekend
nights.
I’m really good at
Being weird and/or silly. My job, at least the parts of it that
I've been doing for two years or are numbers based. Like the
nightly bookwork. I own it, though counting can get a bit tedious
after busy nights.
The first things people usually notice about me
My good old outfit I would assume. And apparently my hair, when
longer.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
(a)Lord of the Rings, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Harry
Potter (especially Deathly Hallows and Half-Blood Prince)
(b) Underworld, all three Lord of the Rings films, the original
Star Wars trilogy plus Revenge of the Sith, Monty Python and the
Holy Grail, Kevin Smith films (especially Clerks and Clerks 2),
Little Miss Sunshine, The Dark Knight (I swear, that's not really a
Batman movie. It's a Joker movie)
(c) Franz
Ferdinand takes my top spot now. Johnny Cash takes a
respectable second place split with Darby O'Gill. Christ, my tuesdays
would be much more boring without those guys. The Beatles might be
in the top three, but I don't actually have any albums or CDs of
their's so I don't listen to them that often. After that point, I
don't really listen to enough of any given group or artist to
really have a list.
(d) Now asking my favorite food it just too much...much too
personal. Shame on you for asking. :P
The six things I could never do without
Glasses
The Blagoblag (see http://xkcd.com/181/)
Kitties are often awesome
Someone to talk to and have help from when life is crazy
The part of my mind that can completely ignore logic when trying to
be funny
I'll go with numbers, and all the fun the add to life (see: making
1 equal 2)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
D&D, because I'm both a geek and building my own game world.
Eh...I guess I have to be honest and say sex here. Hmm...what
else...I pretty much constantly worry about my friends, so I would
be thinking about them a lot wouldn't I. How I can memorize songs
so I can sing randomly to myself during slow times at work and
home.
On a typical Friday night I am
Mostly, it's a hybrid of relaxing and getting somewhat ready for
Saturday since I know it will be busy. There's also likely to be
some WoW in there.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I'm considering being Billy Mays as a zombie for Halloween..."Hi,
Billy Mays here for BRAAAAAAAAAAAAIIINS!"
You should message me if
you think that there is something interesting in the above. Or you
want to point out that I'm fricking crazy. You want to learn how
all numbers equal each other (oh god, don't message me saying that
this is actually true, doing that would make math lovers
cry).
